# TimeGuard vs LockedIn

The clearest difference is ads: LockedIn at none against TimeGuard's shown. LockedIn also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TimeGuard sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and LockedIn sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TimeGuard ships an update weekly, LockedIn every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
