# NoteImaging vs Tracker

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tracker at 90% against NoteImaging's 58%. Tracker also leads on ratings volume (132 vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). NoteImaging's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NoteImaging sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Tracker sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NoteImaging holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tracker has 132 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of NoteImaging's written reviews are positive against 90% of Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NoteImaging ships an update every 3 weeks, Tracker weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
