# CastOn vs Stricherl

The clearest difference is ads: Stricherl at none against CastOn's shown. Stricherl also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CastOn sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Stricherl sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
