# GL Coaching vs GLP Diet App

The clearest difference is update cadence: GLP Diet App at weekly against GL Coaching's every 6 weeks. GL Coaching's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GL Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $95.00 per month and GLP Diet App sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GL Coaching ships an update every 6 weeks, GLP Diet App weekly. Both last shipped on October 1, 2026.
