# AM 590 The Answer vs Reading Cinemas

The clearest difference is rating: AM 590 The Answer at 2.9 against Reading Cinemas's 1.5. Reading Cinemas's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AM 590 The Answer holds the better App Store score, 2.9 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reading Cinemas has 75 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of AM 590 The Answer's written reviews are positive against 3% of Reading Cinemas's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AM 590 The Answer ships an update monthly, Reading Cinemas fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
