# WIFI vs JMD

The clearest difference is update cadence: WIFI at every 3 weeks against JMD's every 5 months. WIFI also leads on iOS requirement (6.0 vs 12.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WIFI ships an update every 3 weeks, JMD every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
