# Eggies! vs Pastry Mania

The clearest difference is ads: Eggies! at none against Pastry Mania's shown. Pastry Mania's advantage is review sentiment (89% vs 73%) and ratings volume (91 vs 7). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eggies! sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Pastry Mania sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eggies! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pastry Mania has 91 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Eggies!'s written reviews are positive against 89% of Pastry Mania's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Eggies! ships an update every 3 months, Pastry Mania every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
