# SyncTasks vs Pin

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pin at 100% against SyncTasks's 69%. Pin also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). SyncTasks's advantage is ratings volume (355 vs 3) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SyncTasks sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Pin sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pin holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SyncTasks has 355 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 69% of SyncTasks's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pin's.

SyncTasks ships an update every 10 days, Pin every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
