# SyncTasks vs Elsewhere Reminders

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Elsewhere Reminders at 100% against SyncTasks's 68%. Elsewhere Reminders also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). SyncTasks's advantage is ratings volume (357 vs 2) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SyncTasks sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Elsewhere Reminders sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Elsewhere Reminders holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SyncTasks has 357 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 68% of SyncTasks's written reviews are positive against 100% of Elsewhere Reminders's.

SyncTasks ships an update every 10 days, Elsewhere Reminders every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
