# Letter Burp vs Climb Knight

The clearest difference is ads: Letter Burp at none against Climb Knight's shown. Letter Burp also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 2 weeks) and review sentiment (100% vs 84%). Climb Knight's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (254 vs 11). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Letter Burp sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Climb Knight sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Climb Knight holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Climb Knight has 254 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Letter Burp's written reviews are positive against 84% of Climb Knight's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Letter Burp ships an update daily, Climb Knight every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
