# LIFX vs 360LED

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 360LED at 100% against LIFX's 18%. 360LED also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.7) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). LIFX's advantage is ratings volume (7.1K vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

360LED holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LIFX has 7.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
