# DramaS vs RaptDrama

The clearest difference is rating: DramaS at 4.9 against RaptDrama's 4.0. DramaS also leads on ratings volume (745 vs 50) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DramaS sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per 7 days and RaptDrama sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DramaS holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DramaS has 745 ratings behind it against 50, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of DramaS's written reviews are positive against 71% of RaptDrama's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DramaS ships an update every 2 weeks, RaptDrama every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
