# HEATED vs Lava Wellness

The clearest difference is monetization model: Lava Wellness at free against HEATED's free with in-app purchases. HEATED's advantage is ratings volume (435 vs 2). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for HEATED against 5.0 for Lava Wellness. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HEATED has 435 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HEATED ships an update every 3 weeks, Lava Wellness every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
