# Learn Arabic for Beginners vs Badawi

The clearest difference is update cadence: Badawi at every 3 days against Learn Arabic for Beginners's every 6 weeks. Badawi also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Learn Arabic for Beginners's advantage is ratings volume (4.3K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Learn Arabic for Beginners sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Badawi sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Badawi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Learn Arabic for Beginners has 4.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Learn Arabic for Beginners ships an update every 6 weeks, Badawi every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
