# IP Safe VPN vs Noterly

The clearest difference is rating: IP Safe VPN at 4.3 against Noterly's 3.0. IP Safe VPN also leads on ratings volume (41 vs 3) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IP Safe VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Noterly sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
