# Fourth Grade Learning Games vs Math Gremlin

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Math Gremlin at 100% against Fourth Grade Learning Games's 48%. Math Gremlin also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). Fourth Grade Learning Games's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.2 vs 3.8). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fourth Grade Learning Games sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Math Gremlin sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fourth Grade Learning Games holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fourth Grade Learning Games has 13K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Fourth Grade Learning Games's written reviews are positive against 100% of Math Gremlin's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fourth Grade Learning Games ships an update every 4 months, Math Gremlin every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
