# setlog vs Berriz

The clearest difference is rating: Berriz at 4.5 against setlog's 4.0. setlog's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (63% vs 48%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Berriz holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 58 and 16 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of setlog's written reviews are positive against 48% of Berriz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

setlog ships an update every 3 days, Berriz every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
