# Sumyt vs Brinna

The clearest difference is update cadence: Brinna at every 5 days against Sumyt's every 2 weeks. Brinna also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sumyt sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per year and Brinna sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sumyt ships an update every 2 weeks, Brinna every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
