# Night Web Browser by Alex vs Typelet

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Typelet at 100% against Night Web Browser by Alex's 42%. Typelet also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). Night Web Browser by Alex's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.7) and monetization model (free vs freemium). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Night Web Browser by Alex sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Typelet sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Night Web Browser by Alex holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Night Web Browser by Alex's written reviews are positive against 100% of Typelet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Night Web Browser by Alex ships an update fortnightly, Typelet every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
