# NumberLink 2000+ vs Link X.

The clearest difference is ads: Link X. at none against NumberLink 2000+'s shown. Link X. also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). NumberLink 2000+'s advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Link X. holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Link X. has 62 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of NumberLink 2000+'s written reviews are positive against 75% of Link X.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NumberLink 2000+ ships an update every 2 months, Link X. every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
