# Bobs, behavior observation vs Ripple

The clearest difference is rating: Ripple at 5.0 against Bobs, behavior observation's 4.0. Ripple also leads on ratings volume (10 vs 1). Bobs, behavior observation's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ripple sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Bobs, behavior observation asks for nothing beyond the download.

Ripple holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ripple has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Bobs, behavior observation's written reviews are positive against 88% of Ripple's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
