# KTMO FM vs SEMO ESPN

The clearest difference is rating: SEMO ESPN at 4.7 against KTMO FM's 2.3. SEMO ESPN also leads on update cadence (every 5 months vs every 35 months) and ratings volume (39 vs 3). KTMO FM's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 0%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SEMO ESPN holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SEMO ESPN has 39 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of KTMO FM's written reviews are positive against 0% of SEMO ESPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

KTMO FM ships an update every 35 months, SEMO ESPN every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
