# Free People vs BÉIS

The clearest difference is ads: BÉIS at none against Free People's shown. BÉIS also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). Free People's advantage is ratings volume (306K vs 11K) and chart position (#177 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Free People against 4.9 for BÉIS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Free People has 306K ratings behind it against 11K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of Free People's written reviews are positive against 62% of BÉIS's.

Free People ships an update every 2 weeks, BÉIS fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
