# Fasting Tracker vs Fastify

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fasting Tracker at every 3 days against Fastify's every 8 days. Fastify's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fasting Tracker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Fastify sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fasting Tracker ships an update every 3 days, Fastify every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
