# Multiply Master vs Pi

The clearest difference is rating: Pi at 4.7 against Multiply Master's 4.2. Pi also leads on review sentiment (90% vs 57%) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 9). Multiply Master's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Multiply Master sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pi sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pi holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pi has 1.7K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 57% of Multiply Master's written reviews are positive against 90% of Pi's.

Multiply Master ships an update every 7 months, Pi every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 18, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
