# MOBEM vs Welgood

The clearest difference is monetization model: MOBEM at free against Welgood's free with in-app purchases. MOBEM also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). Welgood's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MOBEM ships an update every 6 months, Welgood monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
