# Evervideo vs Vista Viewer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Vista Viewer at 100% against Evervideo's 38%. Vista Viewer also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs freemium). Evervideo's advantage is ratings volume (48 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Evervideo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Vista Viewer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vista Viewer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Evervideo has 48 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 38% of Evervideo's written reviews are positive against 100% of Vista Viewer's.

Evervideo ships an update every 2 months, Vista Viewer fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
