# Notez vs EasyNotes

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Notez at 92% against EasyNotes's 52%. Notez also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). EasyNotes's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (4K vs 15). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EasyNotes sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Notez asks for nothing beyond the download.

EasyNotes holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EasyNotes has 4K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of Notez's written reviews are positive against 52% of EasyNotes's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Notez ships an update every 10 days, EasyNotes every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
