# All vs Microsoft Solitaire Collection

All and Microsoft Solitaire Collection both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 82% of All's written reviews are positive against 36% of Microsoft Solitaire Collection's. All also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 8). Microsoft Solitaire Collection's advantage is ratings volume (256K vs 136) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Microsoft Solitaire Collection sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. All asks for nothing beyond the download.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft Solitaire Collection has 256K ratings behind it against 136, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of All's written reviews are positive against 36% of Microsoft Solitaire Collection's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

All ships an update every 5 months, Microsoft Solitaire Collection every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
