# Masorchi vs Dicefolk

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Masorchi at none against Dicefolk's 2. Dicefolk's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 19 months) and ratings volume (53 vs 7). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dicefolk sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Masorchi asks for nothing beyond the download.

Masorchi holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dicefolk has 53 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Masorchi's written reviews are positive against 77% of Dicefolk's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Masorchi ships an update every 19 months, Dicefolk fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
