# Sixty Strong vs inwards

The clearest difference is update cadence: inwards at every 3 days against Sixty Strong's fortnightly. Sixty Strong's advantage is device support and iOS requirement (14.0.0 vs 18.6). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Sixty Strong ships an update fortnightly, inwards every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
