# Focus Lock vs Ritual

The clearest difference is rating: Focus Lock at 5.0 against Ritual's 1.0. Focus Lock also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). Ritual's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.
