# LeadershipSOPs vs Asterode

The clearest difference is monetization model: LeadershipSOPs at free against Asterode's free with in-app purchases. LeadershipSOPs also leads on ratings volume (12 vs 1). Asterode's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LeadershipSOPs sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Asterode sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for LeadershipSOPs against 5.0 for Asterode. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LeadershipSOPs has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

LeadershipSOPs ships an update every 5 weeks, Asterode fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
