# @Doodle vs AR Draw Sketch & Trace ©

The clearest difference is rating: AR Draw Sketch & Trace © at 4.1 against @Doodle's 2.5. AR Draw Sketch & Trace © also leads on ratings volume (1K vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). @Doodle's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. @Doodle sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and AR Draw Sketch & Trace © sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AR Draw Sketch & Trace © holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AR Draw Sketch & Trace © has 1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of @Doodle's written reviews are positive against 44% of AR Draw Sketch & Trace ©'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

@Doodle ships an update every 3 months, AR Draw Sketch & Trace © every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
