# BookAlly vs Folio

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: BookAlly at 15.0 against Folio's 17.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BookAlly sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Folio sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
