# Remi vs MyScribe

The clearest difference is ads: MyScribe at none against Remi's shown. MyScribe also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Remi sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and MyScribe sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Remi ships an update every 2 months, MyScribe weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
