# Sable. vs NZB

The clearest difference is rating: NZB at 5.0 against Sable.'s 4.7. NZB also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). Sable.'s advantage is ratings volume (30 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sable. sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and NZB sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NZB holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sable. has 30 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sable. ships an update monthly, NZB every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
