# Fragments vs TaskForge

The clearest difference is update cadence: TaskForge at every 4 days against Fragments's every 5 months. TaskForge also leads on device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fragments sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and TaskForge sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fragments ships an update every 5 months, TaskForge every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
