# Couche vs O'Tacos

The clearest difference is rating: Couche at 4.0 against O'Tacos's 1.7. Couche also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (27 vs 7). O'Tacos's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Couche holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 27 and 7 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Couche's written reviews are positive against 50% of O'Tacos's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Couche ships an update fortnightly, O'Tacos every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
