# Drum Starz vs Senstroke

The clearest difference is rating: Senstroke at 4.8 against Drum Starz's 4.1. Senstroke also leads on ads (none vs shown). Drum Starz's advantage is review sentiment (78% vs 55%) and update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drum Starz sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Senstroke sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Senstroke holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drum Starz has 35 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of Drum Starz's written reviews are positive against 55% of Senstroke's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Drum Starz ships an update every 8 days, Senstroke monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
