# ScreenPDF vs InstantForms

The clearest difference is ads: InstantForms at none against ScreenPDF's shown. ScreenPDF's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScreenPDF sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and InstantForms sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ScreenPDF ships an update every 2 days, InstantForms every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
