# WalkTask vs Walkbucks

WalkTask and Walkbucks both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Walkbucks's written reviews are positive against 49% of WalkTask's. Walkbucks also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). WalkTask's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (13K vs 630). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for WalkTask against 4.5 for Walkbucks. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WalkTask has 13K ratings behind it against 630, so its average is the more settled of the two.
