# WalkTask vs Nordic

The clearest difference is ads: Nordic at none against WalkTask's shown. WalkTask's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WalkTask ships an update every 2 weeks, Nordic every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
