# Zest vs Prove It

The clearest difference is rating: Zest at 5.0 against Prove It's 4.4. Zest also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). Prove It's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prove It sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per year. Zest asks for nothing beyond the download.

Zest holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prove It has 16K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Zest ships an update every 3 weeks, Prove It every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
