# Optimized Coaching vs Mirus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mirus at every 3 weeks against Optimized Coaching's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Optimized Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $50.00 per month and Mirus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $100.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Optimized Coaching ships an update every 2 months, Mirus every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 9, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
