# Optimized Coaching vs Herizen

The clearest difference is update cadence: Herizen at every 3 days against Optimized Coaching's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Optimized Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $50.00 per month and Herizen sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Optimized Coaching ships an update every 2 months, Herizen every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 9, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
