# Optimized Coaching vs Strolltime

The clearest difference is update cadence: Strolltime at every 6 days against Optimized Coaching's every 2 months. Optimized Coaching's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Optimized Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $50.00 per month and Strolltime sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
