# Syncotron vs Normal

The clearest difference is price: Normal at Free against Syncotron's $9.99. Normal also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (39 vs 1). Syncotron's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 9). On rating, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Normal is free to download; Syncotron costs $9.99 up front. Normal sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. Syncotron asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Syncotron against 4.9 for Normal. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Normal has 39 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
