# AI Meeting Notes vs AI Note Taker

The clearest difference is monetization model: AI Meeting Notes at free with in-app purchases against AI Note Taker's subscription. AI Meeting Notes also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). AI Note Taker's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.3) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Meeting Notes sells 24 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and AI Note Taker sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AI Note Taker holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 534 and 595 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of AI Meeting Notes's written reviews are positive against 33% of AI Note Taker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AI Meeting Notes ships an update every 3 days, AI Note Taker every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
