# Word Dragger vs Blocks

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Word Dragger at none against Blocks's 2. Blocks's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blocks sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Word Dragger asks for nothing beyond the download.

Word Dragger ships an update every 2 months, Blocks every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
